Calling all tree stewards! We will be hosting a PWYC two part workshop with Orchard People’s Susan Poizner. Susan is the author of the award-winning fruit tree care book Growing Urban Orchards and of the new quick-read book Grow Fruit Trees Fast. This workshop will cover topics such as when and why to prune fruit trees, the difference between winter and summer pruning, using pruning tools and techniques, and how to structure your tree.

Part 1: Learning Pruning Theory

Part 2: In Person Training
June 4th at 11:00am at Spadina Museum Orchard (285 Spadina Rd, Toronto)
2 hours long

Once you register and attend the two workshops and you will automatically be entered into the draw. Winners will be announced and receive their pruners in person at Spadina Museum Orchard!
