Full time, 5-month contract (37.5 hours/week, June to October)
We’re seeking a results-driven, enthusiastic, and adaptable event assistant for the role of Picking Program & Events Assistant. Reporting to the Program Manager and Picking Program & Events Coordinator, you’ll oversee the scheduling of our fruit picking program, help deliver community events and ensure our user database is well maintained and up-to-date. We’re looking for a positive, tenacious individual who’s excited to coordinate fruit picks and maintain strong relationships with our tree registrants, volunteers and community partners across the city.
This position will require occasional evening and weekend work. A driver’s license is required to transport equipment and materials to and from community events across the city.
