Last call to join our team for the season! We’re currently seeking two summer students for our Program Assistant (Communications & Marketing) and Logistics and Equipment Assistant positions. Read on to learn about each role, and apply by May 27th, 2018!

Program Assistant (Communications & Marketing)

12-week contract (30 hours/week, June to August)

We are seeking a creative, skilled communicator for the position of Program Assistant (Communications & Marketing) with Not Far From The Tree. Reporting to the Program Manager and Picking Program & Events Coordinator, you’ll assist with marketing and communications initiatives for our fruit picking and sharing program, community events, and City Cider festival in September. Logistics and Equipment Assistant

12-week contract (30 hours/week, June to August)

We are seeking an active and enthusiastic person who loves spending time outside to be NFFTT’s next Logistics and Equipment Assistant. Working closely with the Picking Program Team, the Logistics and Equipment Assistant will provide logistical support to our fruit picking program and events, ensure equipment needs are met, and support Not Far From The Tree’s volunteer team.
